Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager Requirements * BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and experience * Ten or more years of industry experience, including at least three years of hands-on testing and five years as a manager * Experience managing distributed teams in separate geographical locations * Experience as a second-level manager is required * Fluency in SQA methodology and tools, including programmatic-level testing and user-level automation * Embedded systems experience strongly preferred * Experience testing mobile applications on various mobile software platforms required * Creating test automation strategies required * Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to hire and grow talented programmatic and user- level personnel * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with Development Engineering and other functions Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
