Quality Engineer •Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation by utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as RF devices, electronics, electrical, or mechanical. •Evaluate quality problems, support corrective and preventative action system. •Support core departments with problem solving techniques and root cause analysis. •Utilize Six Sigma / Black Belt techniques to diagnose and establish quality control practices for high mix RF and power electronics manufacturing environment. •Experience in utilizing cost to quality methodology to drive improvements. •Audit quality systems for deficiency identification and drive improvements. •Develop quality performance tracking systems and generate management reports. •Perform quality system audits. •Initiates quality system changes when discrepancies or new requirements are identified.
