QA Functional Expertise * Deep technical experience implementing and integrating enterprise application solutions for high profile multi-national companies. * Software risk management, root cause analysis and defect diagnosis techniques * Ability to translate functional requirements into detailed design scenarios * Structured systems design techniques working within an Agile development model * PRPC System Architect Certification needs to be attained within 6 months of taking this position * Implementation experience working with companies in BPM, CRM or Workflow automation space * Understanding of the concepts behind automated test tools and infrastructure configuration * Experience leading the day-to-day management of third party vendors * Content rich exposure to Java, HTML, Java Script, XML and JMS concepts * Configuration and troubleshooting Integration Services deployments (SOAP, EJB, MQ, JMS etc) within large scale distributed organizations * Operational knowledge of Application Servers (Tomcat, Websphere Weblogic etc) In particular reclaimed memory management concepts and analysis techniques * RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL and/or UDB/DB2) and related tools * Load Test Performance engineering techniques, methodology and metrics analysis * Web development and OO design concepts * Java / Java Script coding and debugging experience * Application Data Modeling and Simulation techniques * Data warehousing concepts and usage, data migration and analysis skills * Exposure to ETL tools enterprise data models and working with entity relationship diagrams * IDE software development experience (Eclipse, Rational JBuilder or similar) * Minimum Level of Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field. * Post graduation in computer science preferred.
