Test Engineer Minimum Education and Experience: Candidate must have one of the following: • 6 Years of job related experience and a High School/GED diploma • 4 Years of job related experience and an Associate degree • 2-3 Years of job related experience and a Bachelors degree • 1 Years of job related experience and a Masters degree Functional Responsibility: Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. Responsible for ensuring that the test design and documentation support all applicable client, Sponsor’s or industry standards time lines and budgets. Responsible for ensuring that testing conclusions and recommendations are fully supported by test results, and project managers are fully informed of testing status and application deviations from documented user requirements. Prepares milestone status reports and deliveries/ presentations on the system test and evaluation concept to colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives.
