# Developing quality standards for company products. # Overseeing the development and execution of software test plans and the analysis of test results involving more than one test team. # Technical consulting on automation issues, frameworks, tools and processes. # Identifying metrics that convey the state of product quality and reporting on those metrics. # Selecting, developing and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. # Developing leaders and being a thought leader in the area of quality assurance. * Developing and executing software test plans * Writing, analyzing & executing test cases. * Mintaining documentation of test results. * Aalyzing test results to ensure functionality performs as designed and recommending corrective action in the cases where it doesn't. * Test reporting. * Automating test cases. * Regression testing. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Masters preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 years related experience. Minimum 5 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred. Experience working on an Agile development team and a thorough understanding of Agile development principals required. Hands on experience using automation tools such as QTP, FIT, Fitness or Selenium required. Experience with test first (TDD) techniques preferred. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate work to subordinate employees; proven leadership ability.
