Supervisor Software QA Engineering ENERAL DESCRIPTION: Supervises the activities of a software quality assurance function. Develops quality standards for company products, and oversees the development and execution of software test plans and analysis of test results. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master's degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years related experience. Minimum 2 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred. Advanced computer software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate work to subordinate employees; proven leadership ability.
