Software QA Analyst Responsibilities: Tests software, determines level of priority of problems, document defects and tracks them through successful resolution. Develops test plans. Participate in all stages of the Arena development lifecycle from requirements analysis to post production development and follow-up on technical issues. Works with QA Manager on various installation issues. Develops test case scenarios for unit, system, integration, user acceptance and parallel testing. Works with IT department to determine hardware specifications, isolate hardware/network and operating systems issues that affect the software. Manages all aspects of the beta testing for Arena software. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 2-4 years experience in QA environment. Experience in quality control, testing and/or validation of large- scale software development projects. Experience with automated testing tools. Experience testing in an agile development environment.
