Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Primary Job Responsibilities * Implementation and execution of the Operations Quality Assurance Program o Assist in the establishment and maintenance of QC / audit processes, standards, and procedures o Participate in the preparation and planning of both process-based and in-process audits to ensure the development and usage of appropriate standards, quality manuals and templates o Conduct process-based audits to ensure compliance with defined processes, standards, and procedures o Analyze metrics and performs trend analyses for in-process audits, reporting results to both the process owner and management o Assure adherence to the standards and procedures outlined in the Quality Assurance Program. Identify, document, and track all process, standards, and procedural deviations and non-conformance issues to closure, including escalating issues to Senior Management for resolution if they cannot be resolved within the process owner’s reporting chain o Use best practices project management, incident management or business continuity principles to achieve desired results. o Educate process owners on QA functions, and lead the quality initiative at the local level * Participate in regular reviews of the Operations Quality Assurance Program to ensure that it satisfies the organization’s current needs and to identify potential improvements. Education and Requirements * A Bachelor's Degree or related experience. Professional certifications required. * Minimum 4-6 years experience evaluating operational processes and/or performing quality audits * Solid hands- on process analysis * Strong team and interpersonal skills * Ability to rapidly adapt to changes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with data collection, analysis and reporting of metrics using MS Office or BI Tool applications * Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean principles * Subject matter expertise of recognized auditing principles (ISO, IIA, CMMI) Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
