Automation Engineer in QA * Work on maintaining and enhancing software that supports multiple product lines for our clinical diagnostic laboratory. * Design, develop, debug, and enhance software using current programming languages, methodologies and technologies. * Document system requirements and programming under agile concepts. * Design unit tests, using system management tools in team programming environments. * Meet with internal customers to gather requirements and feedback from the users. * Design, code and tune robotics automation codes. * Support operation in software related trouble-shooting efforts. * Participate in software testing design and supports. * Must have a Bachelor or above degree in computer sciences, computer engineering, or other engineering or scientific discipline from credited institute. * 1+ years experience with proven track record in developing extensible, scalable, and reliable application software. * Well organized and meticulous. * Takes initiatives and can work well independently to efficiently accomplish assigned tasks. * Accustomed to tight deadlines with ability to deliver results. * Strong background in data structures and algorithms, object oriented programming. * Familiar with agile concept and test driven coding. * Experience with .Net platform and C#, VB.Net and VB6. * Good communication skills are a must. * Experience with robotics / liquid handling robots is a plus.
