Software Quality Assurance and Testing Manager Assures that all products, processes, and applications produced and delivered by the IT organization are properly released into production • Evaluates existing methodologies and standards, identifies quality metrics, recommends and implements process improvements. • Develops and manages comprehensive programs that address all aspects of testing and verification - unit, regression, functional, security, integration, performance, stress and load testing, and test automation. • Directs ongoing research, evaluation, installation and usage of automated testing tools. Bachelors degree or 10+ years work experience in software development and quality assurance SQA management, including a minimum of 4 years overseeing a SQA staff of 25-40. • Experience in industry best practice test management methodologies and release, change and environment management functions. • Experience in managing projects with complex IT testing requirements. Familiarity with industry leading test management toolsets • Preferred experience in HP Quality Center & System Architecture and database structure.
