Software Quality Assurance Test Engineer × Document product requirements × Develop system design concepts which satisfy the requirements × Perform the necessary tradeoffs (reliability, cost, schedule, manufacturability, etc.) of various design approaches and select an approach × Develop system requirements documents × Decompose the system requirements into hardware, software, optical, and mechanical requirements × Track and review the detailed hardware, software, optical, and mechanical design to ensure it meets the objective and requirements identified in the system documents. × Integrate and test product components comprising the system × Validate the system performance against the system requirements Required Skills and Experience: > Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics, preferred > 3-5 years experience in analog/digital system design and analysis > 3-5 years experience in system design > Design and familiarity with FPGAs a plus > Familiarity with Endoscopy a plus > Ability to perform system tradeoff studies. > Experience with and competent knowledge of NTSC/PAL video systems a plus > Knowledgeable of image processing techniques > Basic understanding of software design, software design process, and RTOS. > Basic understanding of analog and digital hardware design. > Basic understanding of optical design, optical materials, and coatings > Basic understanding of mechanical issues including adhesives, sealing > techniques and sterilization requirements > Knowledgeable of mechanical and opto/mechanical systems. > 0-2 years experience in system/electrical design > Familiarity with standard drawing requirements Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
