Software Quality Assurance Manager

Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities associated with
ensuring the completion and coordination of quality assurance tests of
products and services are achieved and are according to methodologies
and techniques that are established by the department; seek to resolve
any issues impacting the quality assurance process which includes the
creation and maintenance of test bed environments, defining test data,
monitoring the quality and consistency of test documents, along with
the development and implementation of automation tools. Minimum
qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
or university with major course work in computer science, quality
assurance, communication, business administration, or a related field
required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be
substituted for educational requirements. Minimum four years
experience in implementing software development processes, quality
assurance, or related field required and minimum two years supervisory
or lead experience preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Visio required, basic knowledge of UNIX and multiple
databases (e.g., SQL server, Oracle, Informix, etc.) required, and
basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C++, COM, HTML, Java,
etc.) required.
