Software Quality Assurance Analyst * Test software and perform analysis to ensure software products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards. * Develop and apply customized test procedures for our products. * Communicate effectively and proactively with product managers, product developers, customer support and services consultants on software and testing resolutions. * Work under general supervision. * May assist less experienced peers. * May consult with senior peers on projects to continue learning and development. ยท Must possess moderate skills with a high level of proficiency in RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle) technology, as well as working knowledge of Web Services, messaging/connectivity and API. * Typically requires 3-8 years experience in customer support, quality assurance or related field, as well as ETRM experience. * CSTE Certification preferred but not required.
