Test Engineer II

Utilizing your proactive approach with the development teams and
product management, you will participate in the creation and execution
of test plans, designs and procedures to deliver high quality
products. You will drive efficiencies in testing utilizing automation
technologies. As a Test Engineer you will also manage projects for the
test function and be responsible for coordinating test execution
efforts. Additionally, you will identify and implement functional,
stress, and limit testing, with a focus on formal validation
activities as required for medical devices. In this role you will also
lead the development and communication of test best practices to the
business.

A BS in Electrical or Software Engineering, or related field, is
required. A Master’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will
possess a test process background, with an understanding of
configuration management and problem tracking principles and tools.
Experience with white box and black box testing methodologies is
required. A working knowledge of automated scripting languages, C/C++/
C# and hardware/software builds is strongly preferred. Previous
experience within the medical industry is a plus. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills are required. You must be a team player,
building relationships and reflecting high integrity as well as a
strong work ethic.
