Head Testing CRO IT PTG Location: Responsible for building the test team Successful implementation of the testing strategy and plan Liaise with stake holders to define timeline and monitor testing progress Provide progress update to stake holders Coordinating and managing test team, working within the managed capacity model Quality assurance of test team deliverables Experienced individual with 10 years IT Experience: 3-4 test management experience, 4-5 years test lead experience prior to this, and 2-3 years of testing (test planning, test scripting, and test executing) prior to this. Experience and knowledge of testing techniques and tools Experience with line management of complex, diverse teams Experience in a complex, global environment, coordinating and managing diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders Experience in risk data processing Exposure to addressing data confidentiality needs Experience with both back end and front end testing Experience in leading a global team Experience with line management of complex, diverse teams Experience in a complex, global environment, coordinating and managing diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders Leadership skills: individual leadership, change leadership, mentorship, motivation, coaching and development, and the ability to galvanize the support of others where possible Has strong teambuilding skills, including promoting cooperation and good working relationships among team members, remaining positive and supportive during change, and having strong conflict management skills Minimum 5 years involvement in the financial services industry Experience working within an on-shore/off-shore systems development and support environment Ability to build strong relationships in a multi-cultural environment across all levels within IT Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required Master’s Degree is desirable Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
