Principal QA Analyst Lead QA Analyst must acquire excellent understanding of product. In addition, understands entire development process, including design, programming and documentation, and will be proficient in testing products according to company's QA process and industry best practices; able to train other analysts in procedures. Lead Analyst is familiar with relevant business issues as they impact overall project plans. Effective communication and collaboration is essential for success. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop effective test strategies and test plans for existing and new features * Develop effective test cases in accordance with Bb processes for complex projects * Develop effective test automation strategy for features * Identify process improvements and help set standards and define best practices for testing * Develop a detailed understanding of how and why clients use the application * Help ensure overall product quality * Effectively collaborate and communicate with others * Become an expert her/his product features/functionality * Create and manages testing schedule * Assist in data creation * Provide coaching and assistance to less experienced QA Analysts Required Experience PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS * B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study and be eligible to work in the United States. * Experience with agile SDLC * Must have 5+ years experience of testing, debugging or coding software in a client- facing capacity * Experience with promoting and leading automated testing; experience with Fitnesse or other automation framework highly desired and valued * Experience verifying testing-time estimates and scheduling testing * Excellent writing and communication skills * Strong analytic skills * Familiarity with automated testing, automated issue tracking, testing techniques and operating systems * Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
