Web Development QA Lead * Coordination of Quality Assurance offshore / onshore team efforts for the assigned initiative * Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project * Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle * Work with business partners, systems analyst, designers and programmers to create/analyze required project documents and ensures that quality assurance processes are incorporated * Participate in analysis and design walkthroughs, as well as project meetings * Estimate quality assurance effort on approved projects * Develop and implement efficient and effective testing strategy, test conditions and test scripts for approved projects * Manage towards results, by process, with facts and with continuous process improvement in mind * Work with others through coaching and mentoring to ensure tasks are completed on time * Work with project team to identify risks if quality assurance process is not followed * Coach, mentor and assist with testing as needed * Own and manage test environments and processes * Work with process improvement teams to ensure effective process improvements are implemented * Ensure process improvements are documented and incorporated in the quality assurance process * 3+ years testing website and related technology including eCommerce sites * 1+ year experience in automating test cases and developing the required frameworks using QTP * 1+ year experience writing basic SQL queries * High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years equivalent experience OR a Bachelor's Degree Assets: * 1+ year experience leading or managing a QA team * 1+ year experience testing in an Agile/SCRUM environment (this one is a big plus) * Experience in the Health Care software industry * Experience with CRM software * Experience with financial software * 2+ years writing complex SQL queries * 2+ years experience with test case automation * 1+ year experience with ETL and/or Performance Testing Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
