QA Manager * Responsible for project planning and support * Planning and scheduling -- assignment of work * Mentoring and training of staff * Completion of Performance Evaluation reviews * Providing status documentation and metrics * Reporting and maintenance of defects and the associated tools * Leadership and mentoring qualities * Administrative managerial tasks * Ability to train staff in testing concepts and tools * Experience driving the creation of automation strategies * Experience with merging traditional QA methodologies and Agile * Experience with the full QA lifecycle * Understanding of SQL * Extensive knowledge of RDBMS * Ability to work in a team environment * Good written and oral communication skills * BSCS degree or equivalent experience * Strong knowledge of testing methodology * Strong knowledge of Test Tools Development * Experience with programming concepts preferred 4 – 7 years of Software Testing experience * Experience testing in a SQL Server environment required * Experience in Web Service applications, and C# programming * 3 - 5 years management experience preferred * Experience in an Agile Development/Scrum environment * Windows environments * MS Project and Excel.
