Senior Software Testing Analysts - Automation Provide training and mentoring to team members as required Provide training on test process per new employee orientation outline Mentor subordinates and facilitate subordinate training Review work of new employees until deemed trained Coordinate Project test effort when multiple test analysts are on your team Assist in assessing timeline deliverables Write clear, concise and thorough Test documents Execute test cases according to the defined test methodology Define a logical, risk-based test approach for each project assigned to you Perform peer review quality check of Test documentation Track and control the change management process within your projects Participate in ongoing process improvement, and recommend process changes Participate in client and FDA system audits as required Assist quality assurance with responses to audit findings Assess incident reports; identify root cause; identify and implement short term and long term remediation Bachelor’s Degree, or comparable work experience, and at least 3 years of classical software testing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years of experience testing web-based interactive applications is preferred. At least 3 years creating and implementing automated test suites in dynamic SDLC environment is preferred. HP QualityCenter and HP QTP functional automated testing tools required. Programming skills and knowledge of.NET architecture, Rational ClearCase or other source control tools, VB or Perl scripting language and intermediate/advanced level SQL skills highly desirable.
