QA / Software Tester - Web This QA / Software Test position is charged with carrying out the testing processes on web-based software products, with focus on quality and integrity of all software products built and released. This is a contract-to-direct opportunity. * Write test plans and test cases * Execute test cases and record defects in tracking system * Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards * Execute and maintain regression scripts * Recommends and supports process improvements * Assist in resolving project issues i.e. user requirements, schedule slippage * Delivers test progress, test results, etc.to management * Build & install released code to the QA environment * Approve and move code from QA environment to Release Requirements * 5+ years manual software testing experience - keyword driven and ad hoc * Understands test strategy, test case development / deployment / execution, test data, and defect tracking * Solid data analysis(SQL), data verification, and problem-solving abilities * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Prefer some automated experience Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
