Systems Test Engineer Seeking a Systems Test Engineer with active secret security clearance specializing in support of deployment and activation of satellite command and control products. . preparing for and executing testing and formal acceptance tests for delivered systems and product upgrades. This extends to supporting the Sustainment Team with problem diagnosis and resolution. CMMI knowledge and adherence to software CM practices is required. Ability to use current skill set and an analytical approach at identifying and resolving software and system related problems. Candidate must have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, application math, or computing discipline/equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 - 8+ Years Experience in testing to include system/ software application testing or 8+ Years Experience in satellite operations support and engineering experience to include troubleshooting and problem isolation. Formal training or background on systems and software testing methods is required, as well as the ability to document and communicate information clearly. The ideal candidate also has experience in; supporting layered network configurations/protocols, UNIX administration, server administration, LAN/WAN integration and operation, system to system communications and integrity, maintaining system interfaces, testing new applications, Oracle database and performing system analysis/audits as required. 10+ Years of Experience with testing and system/software application testing and MILSATCOM experience.
