Quality Assurance Tech - Field Engineer II Job Description: The Quality Assurance (QA) Technician provides technical expertise to ensure all quality requirements are met. Assists in generating quality policies and procedures for the various aie defense systems supported by the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) Maintenance & Technical Support Depot (MTSD). Must be able to work in a rapid response environment and be able to streamline traditional processes to meet the demands of the MTSD within the parameters of the quality management system. Possess strong quality engineering, and business skills required to develop and implement quality system at the facility, which will enable it to achieve it's goals at the required level. The QA Technician must perfrom evaluation of project work products and processes with respect to contractual and organizational criteria, ensure adequate roote cause analysis and corrective action. Attend a variety of reviews including software related product and process reviews, technical review boards, and configuration review boards. Conduct various process audits, gather and analyze data for program metrics. Participate in system problem reports, engineering change proposals and technical manual changes. Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of fabricated items.
