Senior QA Engineer - Work with developers and PM on the initial design of assigned features - Develop test plans for assigned features from functional specs - Test cases execution - Investigate reported problems and defects to enable developers to easily reproduce and fix - Customer issue reproduction and verification Qualifications * BS or MS degree, preferably in computer science, software engineering, electronics engineering or telecommunications * 4+ years testing experiences in data networking industry/telecom industry, VOIP, Video, Network Management or application servers. * Strong experience with SIP, H.323, TCP/IP and Unified communication system management/provisioning * Experience of writing test plans, test suites and test procedures at the black box and system test levels * Strong understanding of performance, regression, integration, interoperability, system level and stress/load test execution * Ability to anticipate problems and issues, and then recommend solutions to the problems * MUST have good work style and good communication skills. Be good at speaking and writing in English because of the tight working relationship with global team Experiences that apply for one or more items listed below is highly preferred * Excellent understanding of automation framework.
