Test Engineer # Ability to learn how to identify production test needs, translate those needs into equipment requirements and then convert those requirements to practical detailed designs for cost-effective, reliable, and robust production test equipment. # Ability to create, read and interprets electrical schematics, electrical and mechanical equipment design drawings, and bill of materials, specifications, procedures and technical manuals. # Ability to design, develop and implement software using multiple programming languages (including C, C ++, C#, NI Test Stand, Visual Basic, etc.).
