Software Test & Product Specialist** This position develops test plans and test procedures for our products. Performs moderately complex modification, testing, and debugging tasks on application software and/or operating systems software. Creates and maintains necessary test documentation. Assists in the development of product specifications, requirements documents and hotfix design plans. Provides product level support to internal customers and assists in managing ongoing projects as needed. Participates in post-market product change control and verification. Creates and maintains necessary product documentation. v Finds, investigates and logs product defects. v Prepares and maintains complete detailed documentation of test results. v Reviews and verifies technical work instructions and product documentation. v Provides product related support to internal stakeholders as needed. v Assists Technical Product Manager in managing ongoing projects. v Assists in developing and maintaining product documentation including hotfix design plans, user manuals and technical instructions. v Evaluates post-market change requests and participates in the post- market verification process. v May design product demos, develop training materials and assist in other product related tasks. BS/BA in computer/software field with two to three years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, strict attention to detail, ability to work in a team environment.
