QA/Test Engineer * Perform advanced testing functions and have in-depth detailed knowledge of various software testing techniques and processes * Complete understanding of the product development cycle * Establish manual test scripts, evaluate and test new or modified software programs to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines. Analyze complex software defects including database errors, software configuration errors, and hardware configuration errors on single user and network platforms * Monitor progress of testing programs; establish priorities, schedules and procedures * Monitor database of open/ resolved problems * Contribute to the team through their advanced technical knowledge or extensive domain knowledge * Effectively prioritize work and testing schedules * Bachelor of Science degree is preferred * Minimum of 5 years experience in software QA/Testing is preferred or 3 years QA experience with 2 years experience in Payroll Processing, HR Administration is required * Previous experience with SQL Server/ database testing is a plus * Previous experience with automated testing is a plus - QTP and Lab Manager Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
