QA Automation Engineer : Essential Technical Specification: Min 4+ Years of experience in Java development, should be willing to work on Automation tool development. 6-12 years of total software development/ testing experience. Must have good understanding of development/ testing life cycle. Strong in analytical & logical thinking. Proven design, coding, and debugging skills with proficiency in Java/ J2EE. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Solid development/testing experience in all stages of the SDLC multiple product/project releases. Strong desire to succeed as an individual and as a team. Experience delivering quality in Line of Business applications. Must have performed Automation Architect/ software development lead role for a test/dev team for at least 2 years. Have proven track record on the ability to quickly gain detailed understanding of complex applications and their designs. Preferred Technical Specification: Experience on mobile platform, exclusively on Android.
