Senior Quality Assurance Engineer # Provides medical device Quality Assurance technical expertise by participating in the day-to-day operation of the department as it relates to the design and manufacture of medical devices. # Aids Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering in developing product processes to assure high quality products and adherence to Quality System requirements. . # Provides training on quality system requirements, as necessary. # Performing routine and non-routine audits of facility and suppliers for compliance to requirements. # Assesses corrective actions to verify/validate appropriate results were obtained. # Prepares reports assessing the suitability and effectiveness of assigned areas of the quality system. # Facilitates problem solving, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement initiatives. # Complies with all quality system procedures. # Reviews technical publications, articles and abstracts to stay abreast of technical developments in the industry. # May include other duties as defined by the Director Quality Assurance # Education Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university in a technical discipline.
