Senior QA Analyst Custom test cases generation, defect identification, tracking, communications, and test resolution of programming code releases for assigned projects and Help Desk Tickets. Be able to read and comprehend RPG4, JSP, Java, HTML, XML based programs and generate customized SQL queries across multiple Operating Systems platforms. Provide oversight QA support for 3rd party applications. Evaluate new project requirements, interpret contents, and identify design alternatives or missing requirements. Develop and document Test Cases coverage matrix and applicable Quality Assurance test cases (negative, regression, functional) covering all project content. Generate customized SQL scripts for customer accounts extracts to build database libraries required for QA testing. Run custom test cases, identify test results, report and track all program development errors in Bug Tracking system, retest new code for resolution of errors. Document all test cases and results, place in designated repositories, and generate sign off approval on project. Develop custom SQL script statements to test development and production code regarding PCI based Information Security requirements. Provide support and training to the End User for purposes of conducting thorough and accurate User Acceptance testing, when requested and appropriate.
