Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer * Programming experience (scripting languages commonly used for automated testing are acceptable) * Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with other team members * Ability to work independently; strong ownership skills * Develop test strategies for new and/or modified applications geared towards enhancing the end user experience * Write descriptive test plans for both automated and manual testing efforts * Manage and track the testing effort * Perform manual functional tests, as needed * Develop and maintain automated tests, which may include writing software and creating scripts to validate functionality, understand performance, and test load impact across the application * Monitor and maintain the execution of automated tests to include researching test failures and working with the development team to address identified bugs * Assist the Professional/Client Services department as necessary to reproduce and document bugs discovered by customers * Mentor Junior Quality Assurance Engineers and assist them as needed * Minimum 4 years’ experience testing software in a QA role Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
