QA tester * Execute formal 'script' test procedures detailing functionality for assigned product applications and denote any deviations to same. * As directed by assigned Product Line Manager/QA Analyst, the QA tester may be asked to prepare 'script' test procedures/test plans detailing functionality for assigned product applications by via the utilization of supplied requirements documentation. * Verify program modifications made by DSS developers execute as required and that all other program functionality executes correctly as well. This may entail execution of exhaustive, regression testing script procedures to insure complete program/application functionality is maintained. * May be asked to assist with Preparation/submittal of help desk (Supportworks/Quality Center) tickets detailing issues found during execution of QA testing script procedures. Such tickets shall be submitted under the direct supervision of assigned Product Line Manager or QA Analyst. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS: a) Minimum of Two (2) years experience in a capacity where you have clearly demonstrated the duties included under the Critical and Non- Critical job elements section of this PD. b) High School degree required. c) Two years of college (AA Degree) or full college degree a definite plus. d) Equivalent combinations of work experience and\or education will be considered.
