Jr. QA Tester Perform productive manual compatibility, acceptance, and regression testing. Identify and document defects clearly and concisely. Execute basic to complex software tests, including troubleshooting, documenting steps to reproduce, and analyzing test results. Effectively communicate defect information to the Software Development team in a complete and concise manner. Ability to understand the end- user experience and identify usability issues. Ability to solve moderate to complex technical problems with general supervision and instruction. Strong analytical and communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal). Must have written, oral and reading comprehension/ command of the English language. Ability to deal effectively with multiple tasks, assignments, and stressful situations. Accurate and punctual time tracking when tasked by supervisors. General understanding of web based software applications. Experience with multiple web browsers (IE7, IE8, IE9, Firefox, and Safari) on Windows, Mac OS X, and/or Linux. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. (2003, 2007, and 2010). Experience with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 2003 Server.
