Lead Software Engineer in Test You will lead a solid team in developing and delivering test applications that can provide a test for highly scalable products. You will be part of a fast-pased environment which requires a self-starter with creative solutions to complex problems. You should be at the top of your game - you will be working in a highly collaborative team environment where you can push your skills and ideas to the limit to build superior products. This role has a direct people and project management component and is ideal for someone looking for an environment with fast growth * Create high scalable, horizontally scaled architecture for applications * Lead an agile team in designing and delivering test frameworks and tools * Manage the overall testing effort for the product and ensure an ever increasing quality bar * Communicate effectively with cross-functional organization * Assist management in resource and time estimation to create delivery plans * Assist in hiring and mentoring team members * 5+ years building software tools or test automation frameworks * 3+ years leading formally or informally a team of test engineers or software engineers * Prior experience in working in an agile test organization with a good knowledge of test processes and systems * Strong hands-on coding experience with Java, J2EE, RIA, SOAP, REST (or equivalent stack) Loading...* Strong CS fundamentals, including threading concepts and practice * Experience working with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL is highly desirable * Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
