Automated Quality Analyst Manage and mentor a team of testers to run test cases on numerous projects concurrently. Create test plans, test scripts and test cases and lead in their execution. Have a clear idea about the technology and business and offer innovative solutions to improve the current test platform. Report on usability, playability and identifying any aspects which could be improved within a product. Contribute to continuous process improvement of the QA department. Responsible for the full QA Test Life Cycle. Understand the best practices of web development and work closely with the product and business development teams. to suggest ways and means of improving user experience. Requirements: 4+ years QA experience, websites experience a must. Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Comfortable teaching the use of manual/automated test tools (Selenium) in practical situations. Ability to create test plans, scripts and cases and managing the execution. Current knowledge of information architecture, user behavior, and habits on the web. Understands best web layout practices (but doesn't need to have a programming background). Experienced at pinpointing site bugs, problems, and can provide valuable information for site user experience. Familiarity with testing software such as JIRA, MANTIS, BUGZILLA or SPIRA. Familiarity with automation software such as SELENIUM OR QTP. Analytical and good with reason and logics. Exceptional follow through and mentoring skills. Great communication skills with local and offshore teams.
