Responsibilities include: * Creating, maintaining and reviewing test documentation * Testing all facets of a product, and insuring defects are caught early in the process. * Trouble shooting technical issues on all manner of devices * Being a Subject Matter Expert on any number of processes, technologies or customers. * Communicating consistently, concisely, and coherently.
