On the software-factory side, the team did:
* Released the 2.3.0 version!
* Made some experimentation on a generic RPM packaging workflow around SF
* Started work on firehose integration (unified event queue for SF,
based on http://docs.openstack.org/infra/system-config/firehose.html)
