It seems like this tool could either be moved under TripleO umbrella
in upstream (TripleO doesn't aim to host repositories outside
OpenStack), or merge it in an existing tool (tripleoclient?).
What are the plans here?

I don't want to see Software Factory maintaining a tool related to
TripleO without interacting with TripleO team.
