It has been redeployed using the new tip of 2.4 branch, it's:

Though, for some reason, it didn't grab managesf-0.11.1-1...
We fixed this issue with Fabiien by updating the Mash mirror
(./zuul_koji_mash.py --distro-info sf-2.4.yaml --candidate)
Also, there is a sync issue with our epel mirror (update target), when
running yum update on 240rc2:
