Just to be clear, only the content of the config/ and the docs/ directories are now pulled down as a regular package, the rest of the ci and image
building still runs as usual. This first part of the split enables to deploy software factory directly on acentos system which should help to build new CI using slave instance(s) directly instead of LXC as well as adding the upgrade process to the
