We tested the upgrade from 2.3 to 2.5 in a virtual environment, Tristan
found some minors issues, but nothing breaking the upgrade. We are
confident with the upgrade process.
Are we taking into account that we're deploying an additional VM in
rcip-dev for the nodepool builder instance ?
We deployed a nodepool builder node during the sf upgrade, we will do
the same on reviews.rdo.
