Hi, I will apparently be giving a presentation on SEAL in a few minutes. One question that may come up is whether the tunnel MTU determination mechanism can work in a purely stateless fashion. I don't have this in my charts (nor the I-D) but the way this can be accommodated is by modulating the DF bit in the IPv4 header. (In other words, set DF=1 in some tunneled packets and DF=0 in others.)
