WIDE project had a IPv6 only network experiments at the WIDE camp 2011 autumn in this september. In this experiments, main topics is IPv6 only network, however, both 4RD and SA46T is used for providing IPv4 connectivity through IPv6 only network. I believe this experiments report is also useful for softwires wg.
