Hello all,

RFC 6751 is now available at http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6751).
It describes a new tunneling solution for providers to offer IPv6 service
behind IPv4-only CPEs. Like 6rd, 6a44 is a provider-local solution using
provider allocated prefixes. As such, it has over Teredo an advantage similar
to that of 6rd over 6to4.

Because it couldn't fit in any WG scope, and in order to avoid too long a
delay, the choice has been to submit it in the independent stream, and
consequently with experimental status.
In view of its obvious commonality with Softwire solutions, drawing attention
of this WG to its existence is expected to be useful.

This is ONLY for information, NOT to start any discussion here.

Regards,
RD
