It does not. Its IPv4 configuration is in OPTION_S46_RULE.
Anyway, I think that having a mechanism for configuring the whole thing with
DHCPv6 in the absence of a need for stateful or additional IPv4 configuration
is probably good.
Removing unneeded cruft is probably good too. I mean, if nobody is going
to use it...
