I don’t think you can do that. Xing can you confirm?

Fig.2 is for the specification of the map-e, while Fig.9 is a more
general discussion of the algorithm (Appendix B and Appendix B.1).
Capital letters are for the Constants, while Lower cases are for the
Variables.
looking through Appendix B it would seem that would require quite a lot of
changes to how M, R, i and j are used.
the purpose of Appendix B was to give a different freestanding angle to the
port mapping algorithm.
