We have updated the Softwire YANG model (version-03). The major changes are:


1) Combine the lwAFTR and lwB4 into a single lw4over6 container.
2) Update the state data: delete needless nodes and add some nodes that 
describe the packet statistics.
3) Update the descriptions of elements.
4) Add Security and IANA considerations.


Please can you review the latest version. Comments are always welcome. Thanks 
in advance.
