We have updated the Softwire YANG model (version-03). The major changes are: 1) Combine the lwAFTR and lwB4 into a single lw4over6 container. 2) Update the state data: delete needless nodes and add some nodes that describe the packet statistics. 3) Update the descriptions of elements. 4) Add Security and IANA considerations.
