the continueing story of my mistery short. To day for the first time after the WER I started up the bike again. Turns out it is running on only two cylinders. After one hour an 6 beers I find that the contact points don't close. I file the surface flat and yes it runs fine again.
I took it for a spin, runs fine. I checked diodes, coils, regulator all work ok. I still have no idea of what caused the short. Your thoughts ? Johnny-from-belgium.
