Yes. It means you should hit the bumps more slowly. I hit a set of railroad tracks so hard last year that cracked the nylon bolts on my Windjammer. I have since learned to slow down. We are driving (mostly) antique SOHC Hondas, not tanks or Hummers. LT Don
