I dont really think there is any great reason to attempt to identify exac=
tly the same camshaft that came out. Any stock SOHC camshaft that he puts=
in there is going to work, the small changes in lift and duration arent =
enough to cause interference problems. I have even used the 77-78 F cam i=
n non F headed motors with no problem.

Bruce: I have already written some time ago to you asking on my
motorcycle CB750 F, probably manufactured in the year 75 or 76.The
problem is the camshaft. The camshaft has been broken and I need to
replace it. But there is a problem to know which is the camshaft that
corresponds because the motor number and the frame number don't
correspond those shown in the models lists.
The motor number is CB750E-2541412 that it would correspond according to
the code CB750E to the model K6 (starting from the CB750E-2428762) but
the number could also correspond to the model F of the year 76 (starting
from the CB750FE-2515094) but it lacks the letter F of the code CB750FE.
(It is important to say that the exaust system is 4 in 1 like in the
models F)
The frame has the number CB750F-1020378 that corresponds to the model
750F0 of the year 75. The board of instruments corresponds to the models
F, the tank of fuel and the badges also correspond to the models F. It
there is disk break in the front and rear wheels (radios weels).
The problem is the camshaft. That camshaft model I should look for?
Do you understand me? I don't know that camshaft model should place,
because I don't know exactly to that model corresponds the engine.
Can somebody help me? I don't want to ruin the engine placing a camshaft
that doesn't correspond. And I also WANT TO HEAR WORK MY ENGINE (I need
to hear work my engine). Thank=3DB4s, Gustavo.
