Hi all, Well this is the last leg of our trip and so the last email from me on it.... we awoke this morning to blue skies with big black clouds but after a brief shower at the start it remained dry for the rest of the journey.....coming over the dye at the top of Holland was very windy and we were almost blown over several times....didnt help that I was wearing my rain coat which acted like a big sail.....after stopping to take photos on the dyke we pushed on for Camp Zebrugee, Amsterdam....very flat roads as you would expect and not many corners lol so very fast driving...wasnt quite sure what the speed limit was so kept it at 80mph (and also due to the sidewind)....campsite was windy and also pretty empty....we put up tents and covered the bikes with tarp (they are also behind a very large tree so quite out of the way of wind and whatever else)....now in A,sterdam admiring the sites lol....weather forecast is good for next 3 days so should be a dry end to the trip...hurray!!! in a! way its too bad its all over but we have seen an awful lot and driven 3500 miles in 3 weeks....would be nice to drive down to Spain and Portugal now lol....but thats it for me....tonight its partying in Amsterdam and thanking my bike for 3500miles of trouble free riding and its still running strong....next trip will be Southampton to Newark and then drive it home to Boston.....these CB750s just keep on going....my bike now has done 52000miles and after the recent topend rebuild runs like new....thanks for listening and safe riding. Andy in Amsterdam.
